Thanks, that's useful to know that I can freeze the starter. I'll definitely plan on using some dried milk in the yogurt, then, since I'll be using skim milk. I like Charles' idea of the frozen strawberries in the yogurt... especially since strawberry yogurt is one of the favorite flavors in this house! Now I just have to wait for it to arrive... is it heeeeere yet? :-) --Holly
