Frugal Freezer and Refrigerator parts?

I have a broken plastic door shelf holder in my freezer (White Westinghouse)
and also a broken door shelf bar in my fridge (Whirlpool).

I did a quick web search and the prices seem quite high - more than $30. It is
possible that this is a bigger part than what I want as I couldn't get them to
show me a picture of the part.

Any suggestions on a good site?
