Dear God!  It's a classic confidence-man scam, applied
to the Internet!  And I bet he's not even Nigerian!

(what he's going to do is, he'll get a bunch of suckers.  Then
he'll pick out a game, one of those Team A versus Team B types.
Before the game plays, to half of his list of suckers he'll 
send the prediction "Team A wins"; to the other half he'll
say "Team B wins".

After the game he'd normally discard the half of his list 
to whom he gave the wrong answer, and repeat the process
with the remainder until after several games, and
discarding everyone to whom he'd given a wrong answer, he'd
wind up with a bunch of people to whom it would appear that
he COULD predict the outcome of any game, any time.  He'd
persuade them to bet VERY heavily on the next game by giving
him the money so he can place the bet in a special way that
will give them an enormous payoff.  And the suckers, blinded
by their greed, won't realize they've been taken until the
time for the payoff comes and their prophet for profit 
can't be found...  Although since this guy says he's only 75%
accurate, not 100%, he's hedged his bets and with careful
manipulation should be able to fleece a much larger number
of people than normal...

Stay away from this.  It's a trap.)
