I have a 3 color Epson stylus 600 printer that does well. I get the best results using Epson photo quality glossy paper (S041124) which I usually buy on sale via internet. This is letter size paper and is cheaper than pre-cut. I use a 12 inch paper cutter to trim the paper either before printing or after printing. In general, you want the brightest paper for photos, but the glossy photo paper gives much better results than the non-glossy, IMO. Don
