It is not Wal-Mart.   Wal-Mart works within the laws of the countries
they operate in.

There are basically three kinds of shoppers, the very poor, the very
rich and the middle class.  The rich and the poor must by nurture or
nature shop at Wal-Mart.  The middle class have a choice and also 
will likely shop at Wal-Mart.  That is why Wal-Mart is no. 1.

I have been to Wal-Mart and it had nothing I needed or wanted but then I
live a simple life.  

> - Jobs are lost everyday because of Wal-Mart

When the doors each morning at Wal-Mart people enter.  If no one
entered, the business would change or close.  

> - Factories / companies die because of Wal-Mart.

If Wal-Mart is the largest retailer in the world then factories don't 
close because of Wal-Mart, they increase production to meet the demands
of Wal-Mart.

> - Too much power is given to a single entity, Wal-Mart.

Wal-Mart has no power.  Customers have all the power.  If customers
didn't shop at Wal-Mart, Wal-Mart would go bankrupt.
