I've used them for flights when I was flexible in my arrival and departure
times.  Prices were good and although you don't get to see it until you
agree to buy, I did end up on a "major" airline (AA).  I was a little
disappointed, but not really surprised, that at their prices, you don't
accrue FF miles even if you're in the chosen airline's program.
