Coming from a climate with as little as 10% humidity inside and outside temps as low as -20F in the winter and going to a climate that has recently gotten down to 28F at night with almost 100% humidity outside ,I have found that I feel the cold just as much here in the wetter,warmer climate as I did in the drier, colder climate. In fact, at 40F with the humdity outside, I need gloves to take the dogs out in the morning to keep my hands from stiffening up. Terri
