Sounds great! I've heard really good reports from people who
have brined poultry, so I'm curious to try it. I figure we'll start
off small with cornish game hen or chicken and see how that goes. I
do hear it works wonders with turkey, so I'm curious to see how that
works out as well.

Ah, Wal-Mart's house brand? Those should be fairly inexpensive
too, although I don't think I've ever purchased them. (Not too many
Super Wal-Marts in this area, and the one that's here is hideously crowded.)

Great, good luck! The concept is fairly simple, I guess...if
you can find a chocolate cake recipe you like and can work out a cream
cheese substitute filling that works, combining the two in darn near
any form should be tasty. :)~

Pretty good, and yourself? :) We've just been kind of busy
lately, and of course, it only gets busier from her until after New
Year's. I haven't been posting as much to MCFL and have only been
skimming the threads depending on how much time I've got. I notice
you posting over in RFC, too... Heaven knows that group is always in
need of more sensible people, so you're a welcome addition. ;)
