Filter for Carrier Humidifiers

Hi

I have Carrier SBP & LPB furnace by-pass humidfiers 
with semi metallic(?) filters. I am unable to find
replacement filters for these humidfiers in local
stores. Are there any chains that carry these or
should I order from Carrier?
