Winterize home before trip - How?

Hi,

We live in NE PA and are planning to go on a 8 week trip down south,
We want to go in January and am not sure how to winterize the house.

It is an all electric house and no neighbors are available to watch the
house.

I was planning on:
- leave the heat on (55 degrees) (heat pump)
- drain water and water heater
- turn water off

I have received some ideas:
-turn ice maker off
- setup a low temp alarm with a light

What do you do when you go on a long trip?
