Thomasville Bogart Collection Quality, etc.?

Looking at the Martini leather Chair in the Bogart Collection. Local retailer
wants about $2100 for the chair and ottoman. I understand that these are not
discounted by NC shops, is this true? Also, how well made are these chairs? 
What about their leathers?  We are looking at a Grade 7 Connoisseur,
Semi-Aniline, Wax Pull Up with Distressing. I'm hearing that some of
Thomasville is made in China, etc. Is this true of the Bogart Collection?  We
do like the style, and cannot find anything that quite matches it from Hancock
& Moore which of course would cost us at least $600 plus.

Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.
