engages viewers with full-screen, DVD-quality videos presented within

Sacramento, CA - October 1, 2003 – Mastery Media, Inc (San Diego,
CA) today announced that it has selected Wavexpress, a leading provider
of broadband technology and services, majority-owned by Wave Systems
Corp. (Nasdaq: WAVX), to provide core technology components for its
newly-launched, global educational and motivational TV network. Mastery
Television – launched today at a news conference in Sacramento
– is utilizing Wavexpress’ TVTonic® secure content distribution
network and interactive video applications to enable a rich learning
experience featuring programming presented by professional educators,
recognized experts and top entertainers. Viewer participation is based
on full-screen, DVD-quality programming, tightly integrated with a diverse

TVTonic delivers and stores Mastery Television’s premium programming
to each viewers PC. When a viewer visits the front page of masterytelevision.com,
the channel is displayed automatically. Unlike streaming video or broadcast

When will Mastery Television
officially launch it's Affiliate Program?
Mastery Television's executives will launch the Affiliate program
when all the software and hardware is fully tested for quality assurance.
It's likely that will happen in early- to mid-November based on preliminary
testing, but be assured that Mastery Television will not release the programming
and Affiliate program until it completely passes our tests. Expect the
Extraordinary.
What should I do during pre-launch?
During our pre-launch phase it's important that you get the word
out about the Mastery Television opportunity to as many people as possible.
Just simply give out your website.
What should I say to people about Mastery Television?
Your only job in this business is to be friendly to people and

I'm on an Apple computer, why can't I view
Mastery Television?
Windows Media 9 will be available for Apple users in mid November.
Mastery Television uses Windows Media 9 because of it's security, buffering,
indexing and other video play-back features..
How do I view DVD quality video?
In mid-December Mastery Television will deliver content on a
new technology that downloads video in the background while you are working
on your computer and while you are asleep at night. This technology will
allow you to see pre-determined video anytime you want in DVD quality.
What kind of programming is available? What

Why is my video choppy?
Mastery Television automatically senses your computer's connection
speed and delivers the highest quality video available for that speed.
However, sometimes network traffic may slow down your computer's connection
speed and your video may become choppy for a short period of time. Everyone
on the Internet has this problem, from time to time.
If your video is always choppy, you may need to add or upgrade your video
card. Some older systems can not handle video very well. You may also
need to get DSL or a Cable modem. If there was ever a reason to get high
speed access, Mastery Television is it!
Why can't I view the video?
There may be several reasons why you can't view the video, all
of them solvable. If you have an Apple computer, we will have access for
you when Microsoft announces Windows Media 9 for the Mac. Until then you
may consider a Windows emulation program, which will let you use Windows
Media 9, now. If you don't have the latest versions of Flash or Windows
Media, you were given a FAILED message when tried to watch video. All
you need to do is download those programs. It takes just a couple of minutes
to do.

First of all, this is still being refined. What we can tell you that we
have heard so far is that this will be one of the hottest compensation
plans on the net!
For starters, you will get a $75.00 bonus for everyone you personally
enroll that pays the $299.00 one time joining fee. Then, it will work
as a Uni-Level Plan. You will be able to go as wide and as deep as you
want. Their system will place people "automatically" in your
organization. These will be placed in the most logical and efficient position
that will help YOU grow your business. There will be certain levels that
you will get paid "x" percentage on per person depending on
where you happen to fall.
As well as, every time you reach a certain level, you will get a Plasma
TV, Car Payment, Cottage Payment, Luxury House payment and so on. Each
level has a greater bonus payout per month. There's also an infinity bonus
pool as well. As we stated, their entire compensation plan will be out
soon.

Plasma TV and received 1% Infinity Bonus.(50 recruits a month).
National Affiliate: Has 3 Regional Affiliates
and qualifies for the $1000.00 Car bonus. 2% Infinity Bonus (100 recruits

Global Affiliate: Has 3
National Affiliates and qualifies for the $2,000 cottage bonus. 3% Infinity

Welcome!
We have been in pre-launch for less than a week and everyone here at Mastery
TV is blown away at the enormous response.
At our current rate we will be at over 100,000 pre-registed
affiliates in less than two weeks.
But it's the QUALITY of people I'm most impressed by,
not the quantity. Our vision of positively impacting 1 billion people
