Activity Based (ISO 15489) Records Management

Hi,

John Purchase from KEDA Technologies Inc, in Ottawa, Canada.  I have just
completed working on a huge DIRKS based RM project in a large federal
department.

I there anyone in the IM industry (on this polluted newsgroup) with any
parallel experience?
