Are you talking global marketability? If so, I'd recommend Spanish.

If your are talking about local marketability, look to the most common 
language spoken in your area.

As I recall, the language spoken by the largest segment of the world is 
Chinese. I believe Spanish comes in as number two.

What ever language you choose, you must consider the medium. You may 
have to be pretty fluent, especially if you choose a "written" medium.
