finding particular talent

Hi, I'm hoping someone could advise on this matter:

I'm at uni doing Business & Finance in London UK, have a module called
entreprenurship where we get the chance to do a start up business. We get to
choose how far we want to take it (so there is the option to just pretend
but still do all the business planning etc).

I've come up with a product, a good one, and to this point I've done:

The product design concept
The Business plan
I've raised some finance personally, need to calculate my budget before i
can guage the exact requirements
Recruited a good friend that can sell this product well (also business
student with good contacts)
**But I need someone that can develop the electronics of the product (the
product relies heavily on the electronics) and take the design concept from
what it is now to a detailed ready to go design and hopefully stay on and do
R&D. This stage will also require me to revise my financials particularly
product costing because to this point i've used my limited knowledge in
electronic components to (?guess?) what is required etc.**

My aim is to persue this and if the actual numbers come out close to the
business plan I would want to incorporate into a LLPartnership or LTD.
Although i still need to get through uni at the same time. The way I see it,
this is probably the best time to take risks, i'm young, relativly little
responsibility compared to when I get older.

What i'm trying to ask is how should I get for this role. Preferably I want
to get an electronics student that knows his/her stuff well, this should
keep things cheap.

I guess I'm also asking for advice from anyone that has tryed to set up an
organisation while doing thier other full time occupation as I am attempting
to do.

All opions welcome about any point in this post.

PD
