You may have an advantage over places with better infrastructure and cheaper labor (such as China) in that I believe English is a lingua franca in your country, so the quality of work might end up being higher for more complex and less structured work (such as transcribing "comments" sections from forms). FedEx has a major Asian hub at the former military base (Clark) so shipping should be no problem. Depending on the type of data you may wish to establish and emphasize your security credentials.
