Any company that sells non-trivial electronics or other costly item retail, for a start. Those always come with a warranty registration card for people to fill in and mail back. Of course, lots of government stuff also needs that sort of thing for tax forms, etc., but they can be a bit of a pain to try to sell to. We do that sort of typing-up with timesheets at the moment, but I suspect that we need fast turnaround on those. -- Mark
