Selling complete software package

Hi All.

I am a director of a company that supplies business solutions for various
vertical markets. For various reasons we are moving out of one particular
market, namely veterinary practice management systems to concentrate on
other areas.

I am looking to sell our software package, including all source code and
related development framework, to someone who may be interested in making a
business out of it. This is an extremely professional and complete system
that is used in numerous veterinary practices.

What is the best way to try and sell a package like this? Has anyone done
such a thing? Is anyone interested?

Any advice more than welcome.
