Search for "MRP software" at google.com (without the quotes).

The problem you might face is the complexity of whatever product you find.
If you want a product that does "everything", look out! You'll find that
and then it will take lots of time and money to configure, learn and
use the product.

If you have the budget, and I hope you don't since you're a startup, you
might consider hiring a database person to come in and automate your
business for you.
