BOP insurance for a Game Center

Several partners and I are opening a game center in Springfield, MO. 
The game center is a console and PC "pay for play" based operation
including some retail sales.  We have 3500 square feet and expect to
generate $10000 to $12000 per month in sales.  Our base unit sale is
$5.00.  We currently have no employees other than the owners.

We're looking for a BOP.  We've called a couple of agencies and the
cost of insurance was more than expected - around $400 a month for
property and $1m general liability.

Any information regarding insuring a game center and possibly cheaper
insurance would be appreciated.
