Contact some towns that do it and see what's involved. The trucks that go
around many towns in Conn. have huge vacuums on them and suck up leaves
raked to the curb and chip them. I doubt a town would want such a business
operating that way on the public streets. It's got to be a huge expense. I
don't know what the profit would be as the end product I believe can be had
for free from municipalities that want to get rid of it.
