Hello Mike,

One web site that I visited a lot when I was starting up my business
is: http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/templategallery/

Believe it or not, they have a huge array of templates here.  Anything
from legal to business forms, etc.  You should be able to find a lot
of things here.  It allows you to create reports in the different
office programs that microsoft created.
