GRESHAM, OR., Nov. 21, 2003 - Today, OAC LLC, Parent company of OCMUSA
announced a new service for its clients. The new service, which has up
to this point been targeted only to car dealerships nationwide,
addresses the FTC's new policy regarding outgoing telemarketing calls.

The FTC has begun requiring that individual companies making outbound
calls of almost any kind, search applicable Federal and state lists
and offer a "company-specific" do-not-call list. This is in addition
to the nationwide do-not-call registry and because of this new
government requirement OAC LLC has developed the CheckCall technology
to help businesses nationwide comply with the FTC's new ruling and
specifically the "Safe Harbor" provisions of the new rules and to
provide advanced tools for Do-Not-Email and Do-Not-Fax solutions.

Do-Not-Fax rules have been in place for many years under the Federal
"Telephone Consumer Protection Act" and with California's new (Jan 1,
2004) opt-in only email laws, and pending Federal email spam
legislation, all businesses will soon have a need for Do-Not-Email
technology.

With OAC LLC's new CheckCall.com, each business is setup with an
account which enables them to search their subscription to the Federal
FTC Do-Not-Call lists along with any applicable State lists from any
location 24/7 via the Internet. Easily add or remove the phone numbers
or email addresses of customers who have requested to be removed from
the business's individual calling, fax, or email list.

Each time an employee wishes to make an outgoing phone call, they
visit the CheckCall website and enter the customer's phone number.The
CheckCall system will then instantly respond, and notify the employee
if the customer appears on the "company-specific" do-not-call list
and, in addition, it will also search any State lists and the FTC's
national do-not-call registry along with recent qualifying
transactions, inquiries, and written permission data to identify if
the call is allowed under the "Established Business Relationship"
exemptions which allows calls to consumers even if they are on the
No-Call list.

CheckCall also identifies the phone carrier and location helping
employees to decide if they are calling a prohibited number such as a
cell phone. If all else fails and you can't call the customer just hit
the "Reverse Lookup" button and receive a name and address about 50%
of the time and send them a mail solicitation. No product currently on
the market offers this powerful combination of Do-Not-Contact and
advanced marketing features! Complete, in depth, reporting is provided
for all activities.

Updates and Maintenance are easy, the CheckCall staff does all your
FTC and State list updates, keeping the list current at all times and
