The big difference between Overture and Google is that Overture puts your site according to your bid offer. Some companies automatically increase bid price just to stay on top. Your trick is to try to stay on the first few items or the last few items on the same page. Also Google is for Google only and Overture goes to most major search engines less Yahoo (I think).
