Dan, Smaller cards may cost more to produce if they require an extra cut, once printed, to bring them down to size. Talk to your printer and see what size stock he uses. Also, hit the Post Office and see what sizes of post cards are acceptable. (The dimensions are probably available at uspto.com. There are min and max sizes and a thickness requirement, I think.) When I used to do postcards, IIRC, I would do two *different* large cards on an 8.5 x 11 card stock. When the cards were cut down, I would mail one kind of card to group 1, another to group 2 and see which cards brought in a response. Mike Turco
