If it is college students and computer professional, email MIGHT be better if you have them opt into the mailing list. If your target market is the poor and elderly, direct mail WILL be better as they very likely don't have internet access. If your market is rural, I'd lean to direct mail as few in rural areas have high-speed internet connections. Affluent urban is likely to have high-speed internet connection. Get the idea?
