Data encoding - Is there a market?

Hi, I'm from the Philippines, as we all know labor cost here is quite
low, I'm toying about the idea on a "Data Encoding Services" for the
States or any other country that has a high labor cost.

My idea is like having unformatted data (hard copy or soft copy) to be
encoded by us. If its a hard copy data, it will FedEx here for
encoding. Encoding data in databases, Excel, Word, Access, and the
likes.

Do you think there are companies that would use our services? If so, I
would greatly appreciate some real examples or names of companies.
