Email may be much more efficient as a delivery method but that does not
necessarily mean more productivity ... it still depends on the attitude of
the person/employee.

Did you ever see those jokes going from office / business to other off
/bus - and look athe lists of email addresses as they moved from one to
another (when people have not got the cop-on to delete them) - ouch! I would
not like to count the lost time / money.
