No longer are we waiting on the ever-slowing postal service to deliver first-class business correspondence ... nor some overnight delivery company ... nor even the office intern moving around intra-office mail. And I always prefer email over telephone calls because it provides me documentation about what is being discussed and waits for me to get to it at my discretion.
