A PO was signed by us which has rate in it. They also send us an email with the rate in it. I have been working for them and apparently up to a 6 weeks delay before getting the first pay - so naturally a question arises as to what to do if they don't pay? We are also obliged to give them 4 weeks notice. Based in California.
