A PO was signed by us which has rate in it.

They also send us an email with the rate in it.

I have been working for them and apparently up to a 6 weeks delay
before getting  the first pay - so naturally a question arises as to
what to do if they don't pay?  We are also obliged to give them 4
weeks notice.
