Sounds like a huge burden for the moderators. Why is it not sufficient
for the moderator to just post a message in the group about the
problem, including the link to the munging URL as was done here? If
people who post in a news group don't read the warning message from
the moderator, (assuming the Subject is clear and obvious) then I
don't have much sympathy for them.
