AD TYPING!! IS IT A SCAM??????????

hi...

Recently I have been going through this whole ad typing, work from
home offers and get paid weekly stuffs....its sounds really
interesting but i am a little bit confused...I need to know
something...like most of the companies ask for a startup money to be
paid in order to start working...and secondly is there any gurantee
that i will be provided work..once i pay the money..what if it is a
scam...the whole things is really really vague..and i need to have
some concrete idea about the situation..from someone who is already
doing these works from home...does it really works?????? and if it
really works then where to go about to look for the legitimate
work???? can anyone help me get rid of these confusions..and also is
there any indian company offering these kinds of jobs...any kind of
help provided will be greatly appreciated...
