        Again you're in denial that your hormone levels are fucked up, 
        that you need some psychiatric  assistance to cope with a 
        serious medical problem, that you're not well, that its gone 
        on too long, and that you're too sick to control yourself.

        You don't get a "pass" (or a law license)  just because
