FTW: DRAWING LESSONS FROM EXPERIENCE - Part 2

DRAWING LESSONS FROM EXPERIENCE - Part 2

The Agricultural Crises in North Korea and Cuba - Part II. Both
Cuba and North Korea are "Communist" countries. Yet the people of
one country are eating while the people of the other are starving.

and private ownership centered around local communities. Forget the
labels. As dwindling supplies of oil and gas are beginning to impact
global food supply - about a decade ahead of predictions, the
difference between eating and starving takes on a whole new meaning
- even for Americans.
