Is Mike Ruppert a Gubment spin agent?

It is no light matter to accuse Mike Ruppert of such things. Yet, in my 
experience, doing critical 9-11 research in a forum with Mike Ruppert is 
itself no easy task.  I would not send this on if I did not have reason to 
merit it.
