Funny. Most folks wouldn't want to emulate Mexico with its long socialist
history. 

In any case, agency structures are different in Mexico. In order to meet *our*
requests for assistance in the "War On Drugs" and so forth, while lacking our
DEA and similar agencies, yes, they deploy the military. 

Also, Mexico doesn't have the Posse Comitatus act, either. Remember, thought,
that as a side aspect of the use of the military for policing in Latin American
nations, there have been a number of, uhm, interesting fascist takeovers in the
past century. Not something those of us who favor a free nation would want to
see, Red.
