No they can't, Red. They didn't, either. What happened is that a judge
can stop a mouthpiece from using his courtroom as a soapbox and a
trial as an opportunity to make a speech. That's been going on long
before you were born. Saying "sieg heil" is probably more in your
bailiwick that in mine.
