The unorganized militia was, historically speaking, nothing more than a labor pool for the organized militia. All militia were by the *STATES* not the federal government. The federal government had the professional army. Many militia movement members like to bring up these falsehoods, they are still invalid, and no amount of repeating them by rote will make them valid. That these myths are posted on militia websites does not make them valid. The issue you raise between the unorganized and organized militia is academic in any case: Even if your militias were legal, which they are not, it still would not give you cover for criminal activity; as so, so, many militiamen have found out over the past decade. Literally hundreds of your militia colleagues were in prison, are in prison, or on parole because they thought these bull-shit distinctions like you try to draw here would somehow protect them. They were wrong! Dead wrong! Break the law, go to jail, like any other criminal. That, RedOctober, is the lesson you should take with you on your walk through the right-wing paramilitary dark side.
