Wow. There's a name that hasn't appeared in a long time; the Valgoses;
Dave and Debbie to be exact. For those of you who don't know, they
appeared on MAN in 1998, I think, and had a stunning one-year run.
Pitcavage may have been the quiet voice of resaon, but the Valgoses
were the written equivalent of a spear in the face. They didn't back
down for a second. They knew the vindictive nature of some of the
swine they were up against.

Because they disagreed, they were sent obscenties and vulgarities and
they gave as good as they got. They were polite, but if you decided to
throw down on this pair, they only had two words of advice for you:
"Bring friends," because these two could make bullies run home crying.
One of their tormentors was an accused child molestor and they beat
him over the head with that every time he tried to post. I still
remember them calling one guy "the aging rustbucket king of the
camiie-clad flamers." He claimed to have sicced the FBI on them. In
response, the Valgoses counted and posted all the days the FBI failed
to show up. These two took no prisoners. All the 'pros' were madder
than hell at them and tried to find out where they lived. They even
resorted to computer skullduggery to try and stop them, to no avail.
