I have never had that problem. I'm using NIS on several computers and am a long-time user of the product since Symantec maligned the product from it's original AtGuard form. I've been loyal, at least until now with NIS 2004 --- I won't buy into Symantec's product activation garbage. They care about the almighty $, not the customer.
