Zone Alarm porks my VPN. When connected, the VPN mysteriously stops working & I
have to reconnect. Even when ZA is turned completely off, it takes me 4x - 6x
tries to get the VPN connected. Uninstall ZA and all problems immediately
disappear. Several other people at my company experience the same, yet ZA still
remains the standard.

I have never had that problem. I'm using NIS on several computers and am a
long-time user of the product since Symantec maligned the product from it's
original AtGuard form. I've been loyal, at least until now with NIS 2004 --- I
won't buy into Symantec's product activation garbage. They care about the
almighty $, not the customer.
