according to amazon.com (and jocelyn via bjork.com 4um),  the release date
for The South Bank Show DVD is December 30th 2003. it look like it's to be
released by One Little Indian US, not navarre, which is maybe why we haven't
heard about it. maybe there was an issue with the BBC and Bravo or something
so a US company couldn't release it? i dunno, i am just very happy it's
coming out.
