My apologies for overlooking the existance of Tectophiles.  I should 
have immediately known they were out there, just based on the fact 
that I was about to publicly say I didn't know of any :)

Uncle Calvin's books about 10 months out for headliners and about 4 
months out for openers.  They actually pay a fare wage for openers. 
Perhaps not enough to inspire a trip to Texas, but fair for a modest 
opening set.  I am friends with the guy who books Calvin's and would 
be willing to put in a good word if anything were being put together.
