manager -  Allan Williams.  This high quality recording was made July 2, 1990
after we found Allan Williams at the Grapes pub, across from the Cavern Club. 
The weather in Liverpool was incredible, making this video visually striking in
its portrayal of a modern Liverpool, juxtaposed against Allan William's early
sixties, pre-Hamburg reminiscing and priceless anecdotes.  THE BEATLES
THEMSELVES DO NOT APPEAR ON THIS DVD / VIDEO - JUST ALLAN WILLIAMS AND A FEW

Quarry Bank school

261 Menlove Ave. -  John Lennonís boyhood home.   See where John practiced
guitar (in the front room), and hear the story of his mother's violent death
just meters away from where Allan (and you)  stands.

Strawberry Fields - you can almost smell the grass as we 'take you down' the
history of John's fascination with this almost hidden area of rural Liverpool. 
Watch Allan tell the story of the famous Vietnam War photographer who died at
the gates of Strawberry Fields.

St. Peters of Woolton - the site of the first meeting between Lennon and
McCartney and the home of the Rigby grave that was immortalized in song.

George Harrison's boyhood home at No. 12 Arnold Grove.  Recently before the
tape was made, George and his son Dhani had been sitting on the curb, waiting
to see who came out.

A Humble End of the Day at the Grapes Pub and Allan buys a round.
