I got a POD from Amontec since last week. This POD can operates like a 
true Raven Cable. It works very well for my Triscend A7 target board!
Note, with the POD I can upload my Xilinx Virtex2Pro FPGA, and my Altera 
FPGA too !

I think you can build your own Raven cable, if Amontec did.
