Hi Martin,

please try to disconnect the ntrst and nhrst signal between the 
Chameleon POD and your target board. Actual JTAG chain don't need to 
have these reset signals. The reset is directly executed (or seen) via 
the JTAG registers in the JTAG TAP of the device.

Please try on an PC with a true BIOS EPP Mode.
