Can't load JEDI-VCL components package

Hello all,

I use Delphi5 Ent. update pack 1 on win95 B IE 4 SP 2.
Now I download JCL122 components
After installation Delphi returns error 'Can't load package
c:\programmi\borland\delphi5\projects\bpl\jvcl200_d50.bpl. A device
attached to the system is not functioning.'

I search on groups and I applied solutions posted like copy all JCL
bpl generated from JEDI installer in c:\windows, c:\windows\system,
c:\programmi\borland\delphi5\bin, but error remain.

In delphi installed packages I see jvcl200_d50.bpl but it's unchecked.

Anyone encoured in this problem?
