Flex and Bison

Hi!

I have found at http://efsa.sourceforge.net/archive/objtools/flexbis.htm
something about Flex and Bison, but it doesn't work! Please, Can
anyone help me??? I need to generate a lexical analyser and parser
using Eiffel, but this package seems to be old (1996). I have achieved
.e source from flex and bison source, but when I want to compile .e
files, the .bat files to compile the examples uses "ecc". What is
ecc??? I have benn investigating but I don't find anything.
