I only have one remark on the sidelines. LotusScript is almost perfectly identical, down even to most fine details, to Microsoft's Visual Basic (before .NET changed it all). It's a virtual clone of that language, like Visual Basic 6. On top of that come the Notes-specific objects, of course, which you have to learn as well.
