Hello Carla,
i've had the same problem with several user mailfiles, when we started
deploying Notes.
I found two solutions. The first one was deleting, or just for a test
renaming,  the users bookmark.nsf, but it did not work in every case.
Second try was creating a new copy of the mailfile. After this all
worked fine again. Only thing is that all mails are marked as unread.
