Q. CLP r6 upgrade exam competancy questions

I don't know if this is the best place to post this query..but here
goes.

For the past few months I have been spending my free time trying to
get my head around Domino r6 for the upgrade exam using having been on
the upgrade course and using the r6 redbook. The exam's in two weeks.

There are some items on the list that I can't work the meanings of. 
These are:

>enable mail router support for multiple organisations on the same
router (hosting question?)
>implement customization wizard (for client connections?)
>resize dialog boxes (no idea)
>switch between frames (no idea)
>know document replication order (can't find info in help or redbook)
>use new ACL roles (policy roles)
>activate ASP administration (maybe mean running setup -aspm for the
server)
>specify a specific directory for utility programs (no idea)
>utalize incremental view reading (no idea - not a clue from google)
>utalize protocol support (no idea)
>read mail while replicating (no idea)

There are enough of these to worry me 'cos sod's law will lend a hand
and ask questions on these subjects. Also there are some item where my
interpitation of the assessed areas could be wrong.
